Why we love it
Every spring, Toona sinensis unfurls long, elegant leaves in remarkable shades of pink, salmon and bronze before they mature to green. The effect is as colourful as any flower.
Its large leaves give a lush, almost subtropical character that is unusual for such a hardy tree.
How to use it
Use it as a statement tree in contemporary or exotic-style gardens, alongside bold foliage plants, or anywhere you want a talking point. Multi-stem specimens give a lighter, layered look.
Planting and aftercare
Plant in a sunny, sheltered position between autumn and spring and water well while it establishes. It may produce suckers around the base, which can simply be removed.

Yes, we deliver nationwide. Deliveries are arranged by our dedicated in-house operations team, and larger specimens can be offloaded by HI-AB or Moffett where needed. We will always agree the most suitable option with you before delivery.
