FAQ’s
-
Our trade offering is created for garden designers, landscape architects, and landscapers, but we’re happy to discuss eligibility on a case-by-case basis. If you work professionally with gardens or landscapes, we’d be delighted to hear from you. Design students are welcome to open trade accounts.
-
We regularly work with designers to review plant palettes and suggest suitable alternatives where needed. We won’t change your design language, but we can help ensure it’s practical, robust, and suited to the site. We believe that working collaboratively is key to the successful delivery of any project.

The earlier the better. Involving us at concept or planning stage gives us more time to source specific specimens, reserve stock, and advise on availability, ensuring fewer compromises later in the process.
