Our Genus Bar is where plant questions get expert answers. It’s a place to sit down with one of our specialists, talk through your garden or project, and walk the nursery together to choose exactly the right plants.
You never need an appointment to visit. Walk in any time during opening hours and a member of our team will look after you. If you would like dedicated, unhurried time with a specialist, book a Genus Bar appointment below.
Row Town opening hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 to 16:30, Saturday 9:00 to 16:00, open bank holidays, closed Sundays.

3. We confirm
A member of our team will confirm your appointment, usually within one working day.

No. Our Row Town showroom is open to all, and you are welcome to walk in at any time during opening hours. A Genus Bar appointment simply guarantees dedicated time with a specialist.
