Trees
From sculptural multi-stems to pleached screens, standards and parasols, we grow and source exceptional specimen trees for gardens across the UK. Every tree is hand-selected and free from new peat, and our largest specimens are on display at our Row Town showroom.
Shop by tree form
Field-grown or container-grown?
We supply both, and both are peat-free. The right choice depends on when you want to plant and your budget.
Field-grown (root-balled)
Grown in the open ground and lifted in the dormant season, from late autumn to early spring. The best value, with more tree for your money, natural roots and no compost at all.
Container-grown
Grown in pots so they can be planted all year round. Ideal for spring and summer projects, events and fixed deadlines, with minimal root disturbance.

Contract Growing
Grown for your project, ready on your date
Give us enough time and we will grow the plants for your garden, show or installation to premium condition, keep you updated as they grow, and deliver them on a fixed date.
Choose your tree in person
A tree is a long-term investment, and no two specimens are the same. Walk in to our Row Town showroom any time during opening hours, or book a Genus Bar appointment for dedicated time with a specialist.
