Our Nurseries
Row Town Showroom
Where your project begins
Our showroom & head office
Our Row Town showroom is the heart of Form Plants: a design-led space shaped around form, texture and inspiration, just 30 minutes from London.
This is where you’ll find our largest and most prestigious specimens, from multi-stem and pleached trees to topiary, shrubs and hedging. Come to see the plants in person, meet our team and talk through your project in a beautiful setting.
Open to all, it’s a place to explore, compare and hand-select the perfect piece. You’ll find plants in 40 litre pots and larger here.

Absolutely. As a working nursery with machinery on site, we ask that dogs stay on leads and children are supervised at all times. There’s even a jar of treats for well-behaved dogs in the showroom.
-
Of course. If your order fits safely in your vehicle, it can leave with you. Larger orders are delivered by our in-house operations team.
