Why we love it
The star magnolia is one of the first trees to flower each spring, smothered in fragrant white stars.
It is compact enough for even small gardens.
How to use it
Plant near a window, path or terrace in a small garden or courtyard.
Planting and aftercare
Plant between autumn and spring in a sheltered spot and water well through the first two summers. Magnolias need little pruning; if needed, prune lightly in summer.
