Form Plants supplies specimen trees, multi-stem trees, pleached screens, hedging, topiary and perennials to gardens across London and the Home Counties. Our Row Town Showroom in Addlestone, Surrey, is about 30 minutes from central London, so you can come and choose your plants in person, then let our own team deliver them to your door.
From a courtyard in Chelsea to a country estate in the Surrey Hills, we work with homeowners, garden designers and landscapers to find the right plants and get them in safely.

Yes. We deliver trees, hedging, topiary and plants across London with our own in-house team, including to gardens with tight or through-the-house access. Larger specimens can be craned in or offloaded by HI-AB or Moffett.
