Why we love it
'Tai Haku' has some of the largest flowers of any cherry, beautifully set off by its coppery new leaves.
It colours warmly in autumn too.
How to use it
A statement tree for a lawn, at the end of a view or in a spring garden underplanted with bulbs.
Planting and aftercare
Plant between autumn and spring, stake securely and water well through the first two summers. Prune cherries only in summer, in dry weather, to reduce the risk of disease.
