Why we love it
'Plena' is covered in pom-pom white blossom in spring, and because the flowers are double, the display lasts longer.
Its glossy bark and autumn colour give interest through the year.
How to use it
A statement spring tree for larger gardens, parkland and avenues.
Planting and aftercare
Plant between autumn and spring, stake securely and water well through the first two summers. Prune cherries only in summer, in dry weather, to reduce the risk of disease.
