Our Row Town showroom, which opened in 2025, is a relaxed, design-led space where you can sit down with our team, share your drawings and plans on big screens, and then walk the nursery to choose your plants together.
Choosing plants for a garden, or for a client’s scheme, should feel like a pleasure rather than a dash around a car park. When we opened the showroom at Row Town in 2025, our aim was to create somewhere that feels more like a design studio than a garden centre. [to confirm]
Make yourself at home
The space is built for unhurried conversations. There are big, comfortable sofas to sink into, good coffee, and a wine fridge for when a planting meeting runs into the evening or there is something worth celebrating. Bring your garden designer, your clients or your family, and take your time, because the best planting decisions are rarely rushed ones.

Share your plans on the big screen
Bring your drawings, planting plans, photographs or mood boards, and we can put them up on our screens. Seeing a scheme at that scale makes it much easier to talk it through together, check sizes and quantities, and match the right specimens to each part of the plan before anyone sets foot on the nursery.
An expert team
Our horticulturists know every plant on the nursery. Whether you are a garden designer working on a large scheme or choosing a single tree for your own garden, they will help you find the right plants for your soil, light and style. Sam looks after trade, wholesale and garden design customers, Petra helps home gardeners and retail customers, and Will leads bespoke projects, installations and show gardens, which means there is always someone who understands the kind of work you are doing.

Then walk the nursery
Once the plan is clear, it is a short step outside to our largest and most prestigious specimens: multi-stem and pleached trees, topiary, shrubs and hedging. Because they stand together, you can compare them side by side and hand-select the ones that are right for you.
Walk in, or book in
The showroom is open to all, with no appointment needed. If you would like dedicated time with a specialist, book a Genus Bar appointment and we will set that time aside for you.

You will find us at Rodwell Farm, Row Town, Addlestone, Surrey KT15 1HH. We are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:30, and on Saturday from 9:00 to 16:00.
