Experience
Form
Based in Surrey &
Delivering nationwide
Our Row Town nursery and showroom in Surrey is a place to explore, discover, and be inspired. Walk among specimen trees, multi-stems, and planting combinations, and experience plants first-hand before making considered choices.
Our Burrow Hill nursery is a dedicated growing and production site, where our horticultural team nurtures exceptional perennials with care, knowledge, and decades of experience.
Our commitment
Proudly peat-free
Peatlands are among the most important carbon stores on Earth and home to rare, precious wildlife. Form has never used peat in its own growing, and we will not buy in any plant containing new peat, whoever grew it. It’s the RHS No New Peat standard, applied to every plant we supply.
From specimen trees and topiary to hedging and perennials, you can plant with confidence, knowing your garden is helping to protect these irreplaceable habitats.
