We have compiled a list of our most frequently asked questions below, however if there is any information you are missing or would like to find out more, don't hesitate to contact a member of our team directly for assistance.

Deliveries

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 to 10 days, depending on availability. All orders in stock can be dispatched same day for next day delivery.

How will my order be delivered?

We use a variety of transport methods to get your order to you safley and securley. Depending on the size of the order, what is on the order, access restrictions and where it is going will determine how we decide to get your order to you. Once your order is confirmed, we will contact you directly to discuss the best options and associated costs.

Will I need machinery?

Most of the products we sell online are shipped on a pallet, meaning we can offer kerbside delivery included in the cost of delivery. However for larger items such as trees, depending on the size these may require machinery for unloading. If this is required, we will discuss this with you at the ordering stage to review options. We offer a dedicated planting and unloading service if required, this is charged for separately and after a consultation to discuss requirements.

Can I specify a delivery time?

Absolutely. Although we are at the mercy of traffic, we strive to ensure you get your order when you want it to avoid any potential delays on your project.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Of course. Our logistics team are well versed in delivery plants across the UK and even beyond. We will contact you to discuss the best options regarding the delivery of your order so everything runs smoothly on the day.

Can I track my order?

Our logistics team are on hand to keep you up to date with the timings and location of your order. Unfortunately we dont yet have a live tracking service, but hope to have this live by early 2023.

Trade

Do Form Plants offer a trade discount?

Absolutely. We primarily work with industry professionals. If you are a trade customer, you can register for a trade account HERE to access your trade discount.

 

Can you source whole plant lists?

Our dedicated sales team are well versed in sourcing whole plant lists. We understand for some projects we may not have everything you require as part of our core range, so we offer a bespoke ordering service. Simply send us your whole plant list, and we will come back to you with prices and availability. Find out more about this service HERE

Can I manage multiple project orders online?

We are working to build in the ability for you to price and run multiple projects at the same time through our basket area, allowing you to cost multiple jobs at once, with transparent prices enabling you to design your next planting project with confidence. We anticipate this to be available in early 2023.

Do you offer a cash and carry service?

We try and keep good stock levels at all time at our Dorney showroom, enabling you to pop down and take what you need to finish off your planting project. We advise to phone up and check with our sales team prior to arriving just to make sure we have what you’re looking for.

Do you offer a contract grow service?

For large projects with a long lead time, we do offer a contract growing service, allowing us to grow to your exact requirements. For more information or to explore options around this service, contact our friendly and helpful sales tea, directly HERE

Does Form offer a planting service?

We offer a full soft landscaping service to accompany our range of trees, shrubs, topiary and hedging. For more details, read more HERE

Sustainability

Are your plants peat free?

All plants grown at our showroom in Windsor are grown in a specialist peat free compost mix. We feel strongly that all nurseries should be reducing their peat consumption, and are proud to have done this from the very beginning of Form Plants. Our peat free compost mixture is available to buy online also.

Can I calculate the carbon footprint of my order?

At the moment this is something we are actively working on behind the scenes, and hope to be able to introduce this in early 2023.

How does Form reduce its impact on the environment.

We care hugely about our impact on the environment, and ensuring that we reduce this in all aspects of our business operations. Find out more about how we do this HERE

Ordering

How do I order?

All of our core range of trees, hedging, topiary and shrubs can be found online to buy, however you can also call, email or visit us in person, whatever is easiest for you. Our friendly and helpful sales team are on hand to help every step of the way.

How do I get free delivery?

We offer free nationwide delivery on most of our hedging, topiary and shrub orders over £1,000 + VAT. Unfortunately for large items or bespoke items these do require a delivery charge as they are trickier to deliver. Once you place your order, we will be in touch to discuss the best options to get your order to you as quickly and conveniently as possible.

Do prices include VAT?

All prices displayed across the website are VAT exclusive, we then add the VAT on to your order in the basket stage. You can see this clearly and transparently prior to ordering so there are no nasty surprises.
