A small but dedicated team of passionate horticulturists, we pride ourselves in offering industry leading service and quality to planting projects of all sizes. Jamie Butterworth
Managing Director
Jamie started working in nurseries at the age of 15 and has always nurtured a passion for plants. Founding Form Plants in spring 2020, Jamie’s dream of owning a nursery is now a reality.
As Managing Director of Form, Jamie balances his time between all parts of the business, with a hands on approach working alongside the team from quoting to fulfilment, but can most often be found with Hector exploring the showroom.

Sam Hardwicke
Sales Manager
With a passion and knowledge for hedging unlike anyone else, Sams personal and dedicated approach to working with customers ensures you are in safe hands when from small to complex orders. With years of experience in sourcing the finest trees, hedging, topiary and shrubs, Sams contacts across the UK and Europe enable us to provide industry leading service and quality.

William Nathan
Operations Manager
Will joined Form in spring 2o22, into a new role as our Operations Manager. Utilising years of experience as a manager at Waitrose, Will ensures that your delivery arrives when you want it, where you want it and with industry leading service to accompany.
New to the horticultural industry, Will loves working outside with our extensive range and has quickly become an avid gardener and horticulturist. In addition to being a master in fulfilment, Will’s passion for photography can be found across our new website and our social media channels.

Sue Marsh
Business Development Manager
Bringing a wealth of experience from a career in marketing and business development, Sue focuses her time on building relationships and exploring new opportunities to help grow the business.
Putting customers first and being passionate about the quality of our products, Sue has a newfound love of horticulture and loves every aspect of her job, in particular contact with our customers.

Daniel Cussons
Horticulturist
The man that makes the magic happen, Dan is responsible for picking, lifting, loading and quality checking your order. An expert in ensuring your order is loaded safely and securely, a true art when it comes to trees ranging from 3 to 12 metres. Nothing phases Dan, our coolest, calmest and extremely hard working member of the Form plants family.

Gemma Hughes
Logistics Co-ordinator
Our longest serving member of the team, Gemma is loved among our team and customers alike. Thanks to her passion, commitment and no-nonsense approach to getting the job done, Gemma is indispensable in logistics and ensuring everything runs like clock work.
Currently on maternity leave until August 2023, raising the next generation of Form Plants.

The 'real' boss
Anyone who has ever visited our showroom will have met Hector, who can usually be found napping among the trees, quality checking the loading area or greeting customers on arrival. Hectors cool, calm and adorable personality makes him the perfect addition to the Form team.
